Delivery & Returns


Please note that all of our products are made to order. Generally items will be produced, packed and dispatched within 4 working days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification. 

Orders over £25 are delivered for free. For orders under £25 delivery is charged at £2.95 per order.

Delivery in most cases is by Royal Mail 48hr, which aims to deliver items in 2-3 working days.

All in all, please allow 7 working days for an order to arrive. If you need items quicker, please get in touch before ordering.

Currently orders are only despatched to the United Kingdom. Again, get in touch about delivery to elsewhere and we’ll make it happen.


If your item arrives and it is damaged or faulty in any way, we will of course be happy to send out a free replacement. Unfortunately some things are occasionally damaged in transit despite being well packaged. Simply get in touch and send a photo of your damaged item within 72 hours of arrival.

If your items haven’t arrived within 10 working days then contact us with your order number and we’ll find out where your stuff is.

Unfortunately, if your item is not damaged or faulty we cannot provide a refund or exchange. This is due to our products all being made to order. Please be super precise when ordering, especially with regards to sizes and phone models.
